OUR CULTURE

What constitutes the culture of GISTICS?

Fish don’t know “wet”
We find it difficult talking about our culture. Why? Because we remain immersed by it. Just as fish don’t really experience the wetness of water, we have a little trouble with the culture of GISTICS.

So we I asked our business coach, Tom Bardeen, how we might talk about our culture. Without hesitation or uncertainty, he recommended that we ask the only people who matter, our clients!

Our clients speak of GISTICS as a partner in their growth and business success. They typically describe GISTICS in two ways.

One, our clients speak and write of GISTICS as a source of inspiration – a reflection of how we integrate our souls’ work with the demands of competitive markets, reaping handsome rewards as an acknowledgement for good work done well.

Two, our clients also describe GISTICS as a growth engine that chugs along in what has become a trusted, reliable, and consistent process — yielding predictable, high-quality business results every time.

Syncordia
Finally, our clients express that they belong to an exclusive club or society – a group of like-motivated individuals – that we call a syncordia. Look up its root word: syn, Greek for bringing together as in synthesis, and cordia, derived from the Greek word for heart (from which we get cardiac).
